We initially appointed CA Select to review the position on industrial units purchased several years ago for \u00a36m where we had been advised the vendor had retained all the capital allowances. They quickly found that we could still claim certain integral features and also established that no capital allowances had in fact been claimed by the vendor resulting in a total claim of \u00a31m. Since then, CA Select have identified additional claims from previous capital allowances exercises and on our other properties.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
