We initially appointed CA Select to review the position on industrial units purchased several years ago for £6m where we had been advised the vendor had retained all the capital allowances. They quickly found that we could still claim certain integral features and also established that no capital allowances had in fact been claimed by the vendor resulting in a total claim of £1m.
